Resonance’s competitive identity benchmarking quantifies and benchmarks the relative quality of place, reputation and competitive identity of one city to another by analyzing and comparing 23 perception-shaping factors in six categories: Place, Product, Programming, People, Prosperity and Promotion.
1) Identify your competitors
Resonance works with your city to identify 14 competing destinations to benchmark against, across the key factors that citizens and business influencers consider to be most important in choosing a city to live, visit and invest in.
2) Start the customized research
The Best Cities Scorecard benchmarks the quantity and perceived quality of travel and tourism experiences. This research takes approximately one month for us to complete.
3) Receive your report
Your complete Best Cities Scorecard is a 60-page+ analysis that reveals how your city performs across 23 core and perception indicators relative to your competitor cities. You’ll receive a comprehensive, yet easy-to-follow report that answers three questions:
